Based on the agreement between The United States and Canada on Frequency coordination in 1965, certain frequency usage is limited between "Line A' and "Line B", and "Line C" and "Line D". These are described in detail on the FCC web page. They are also illustrated on the FCC map. For the user's convenience the map below shows the approximate location of the "Line A"
