Expiring & Expired CoordinationsExpiring CoordinationsThis list represents repeaters or links that will expire in the next 3 months. Renewals are accomplished by submitting a completed Technical Data Sheet. (Copies of the Technical Data Sheet can be downloaded from the WWARA webpage. Please note: If there has been a "Significant Change", as defined in the WWARA Coordination Policies, the repeater or link is required to be re-coordinated. (See "Definition of Significant Change:" at the end of this section.) Expired CoordinationsThis list represents repeaters or links coordinations that are expired. The WWARA has a six month Grace Period (as defined in the WWARA Coordination Policies.) that allows trustee's to renew the coordination without completing the re-coordinating process if it is still within the Grace Period. Expired coordinations can be renewed by submitting a completed Technical Data Sheet. (Copies of the Technical Data Sheet can be downloaded from the WWARA webpage. Once beyond the 6-month Grace Period, the coordination is cancelled and a new application is required to begin the re-coordination process. Please note: If there has been a "Significant Change", as defined in the WWARA Coordination Policies, the repeater or link is required to be re-coordinated. (See "Definition of Significant Change:" at the end of this section.) Definition of Significant Change(taken from the WWARA Coordination Policies) Section 2: ACCESS, HEIGHT, POWER, FREQUENCY OR LOCATION CHANGES Coordination is based on information provided by the applicant and contained on the WWARA Technical Data Sheet. If a coordination holder significantly changes the location, access, antenna height or pattern, effective radiated power, frequency, or other operating parameters of his system, the repeater will be required to be re-coordinated. The WWARA secretary shall be notified in writing on the appropriate form. Re-coordination is required to verify that interference to or from other repeaters does not occur. Re-coordination is not to allow another repeater or proposed repeater to be assigned to the frequency. Note: Significant change shall be a power change of 1 db, an antenna height change of more that 25 feet or a horizontal move of more than 1500 feet. For the 1db power change the WWARA uses a factor of .75 or 1.25 of the original power. For example a 100-watt ERP station multiplied by .75 would be 75 watts, or multiplied by 1.25 would be 125 watts.
